Having been nervous of dentistry for many years, Bramcote has completely transformed my experience of going to the dentist. Lucy and Nikolai’s relaxed, confident and friendly approach together with their high professional standards and expertise means that I now actually look forward to dentist appointments! The practice is very comfortable and welcoming and the children also really enjoy their visits there.

I joined the Bramcote Dental Practice a few years ago after receiving poor treatment from another practice. At Bramcote I was made to feel extremely welcome and all my treatment was discussed with me before it commenced. During the treatment I was kept informed of all the tasks that were being performed so that nothing came as a surprise.

I cannot speak too highly of Bramcote or the professional services since Dr Nikolai and Dr Lucy arrived.

Every effort has been made to make the surgery warm, welcoming, clean and well maintained, and the receptionist staff are always friendly, helpful and keen to assist. Seating is comfortable with a good supply of magazines though you seldom have to wait long before you are personally welcomed upstairs for treatment.

I have been very impressed by the warm welcome and professionalism. I think that the genuine patient care of both dentists is second to none, as Nikolai often says “we’ll soon have you smiling again”!

I think that all dental work is carried out to a very high standard and the dental surgeons do a wonderful “job”. When I’m “in” I feel that I am in truly excellent hands.

Initially I took my son to have a gum shield fitted but we were so impressed on how we were treated that we have now become patients of Bramcote Dental Practice. We can honestly visit without any apprehension or nervousness that dentists seem to bring out.
